Return and Refund Policy

At 2Marines, every product is made to order through our print-on-demand fulfillment partners. Because each item is produced specifically for the customer after purchase, we do not accept general returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, incorrect size selection, or change-of-mind purchases.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at:

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • A clear photo of the item
  • A clear photo of the packaging, if applicable
  • A short description of the issue

Once we review the issue, we will work with our fulfillment partner to determine whether a replacement or refund is appropriate.

Returns

Because our products are made to order, returns are only accepted if the item is damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect.

Items sent back without first contacting us will not be accepted.

If a return is required, we will provide instructions on where and how to send the item.

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges for size, color, or preference changes. Please review the product details and size information carefully before placing your order.

If you receive the wrong item or a defective product, contact us at 2marines@2marines.us, and we will help resolve the issue.

Refunds

If a refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.

Non-Returnable Items

Because our merchandise is custom printed and made to order, the following items are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect:

  • Hoodies
  • T-shirts
  • Coffee mugs
  • Bags
  • Coolers
  • Other made-to-order merchandise

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you may have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days under applicable consumer protection laws. However, custom-made or made-to-order products may be excluded from this right where permitted by law.
