ShieldMate operates this store and website to provide customers with merchandise connected to the 2Marines, ShieldMate, and MarineCoin ecosystem. This Shipping Policy explains how we process, ship, and deliver orders placed through our store, what to expect during fulfillment, and how we handle shipping-related issues.
If there is a conflict between our Terms of Service and this Shipping Policy, this Shipping Policy controls with respect to shipping and delivery matters.
By placing an order through our store, you acknowledge that you have read this Shipping Policy and agree to the processing, shipping, and delivery terms described below.
Shipping Destinations
We currently ship orders to addresses within the United States, including APO, FPO, and DPO military addresses and P.O. Boxes where carrier service is available.
We do not currently offer international shipping. Orders placed with shipping addresses outside of the United States may be cancelled and refunded.
We may expand our shipping destinations in the future. Any updates to the regions we ship to will be reflected in this Shipping Policy.
Order Processing
When we use the term “processing,” we are referring to the period between when your order is placed and when your order is shipped.
Many products sold through our store are made to order, meaning each item is produced after your order is confirmed. This approach helps reduce waste and allows us to offer branded merchandise without holding large inventory.
Standard processing times are typically 2 to 7 business days from the date your order is confirmed. Processing times do not include shipping transit times.
Orders placed on weekends or recognized public holidays may begin processing on the next business day.
In some circumstances, processing times may be extended due to high order volume, supplier delays, product availability, production issues, or other operational factors outside of our reasonable control. When possible, we will communicate with you regarding significant delays.
Estimated Transit Times
Estimated transit times are calculated from the date your order ships.
Typical shipping estimates are:
- Standard Shipping: 3 to 7 business days
- Express Shipping: 2 to 3 business days, where available
Estimated transit times are provided by shipping carriers and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery times may vary due to carrier performance, weather conditions, holidays, customs processing where applicable, operational disruptions, or other factors outside our control.
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the destination, weight, size of your order, and shipping method selected. Applicable shipping rates will be displayed before you complete your purchase.
We may offer promotional shipping from time to time. Any promotional shipping offer will be subject to the terms communicated at the time of the promotion.
If complimentary shipping is offered, the qualifying order subtotal will be calculated before applicable taxes and after discounts have been applied.
Order Confirmation and Tracking
After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation email.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a separate shipping confirmation email containing tracking information when tracking is available. You may use the tracking information to monitor delivery through the carrier’s website.

Shipping Carriers
Orders may be shipped using established shipping carriers, including but not limited to USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL, or other carriers selected by our fulfillment partners.
The carrier assigned to your order is determined based on destination, service availability, product type, shipping method, and operational efficiency. We reserve the right to use any carrier we deem appropriate to fulfill your order.
Shipping Address Accuracy
You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.
We ship orders to the shipping address exactly as entered during checkout. We are not responsible for delays, failed delivery, returned packages, or non-delivery resulting from incomplete, inaccurate, or outdated address information provided by the customer.

We may be able to update the shipping address if the order has not yet entered production or fulfillment. Once an order has entered production, been fulfilled, or been handed off to a carrier, we may be unable to modify the shipping address.
If an order is returned to sender because of an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, we may offer to re-ship the order at the customer’s expense, if available. Original shipping costs may not be refundable.
Lost, Stolen, and Delayed Shipments
We are committed to helping customers resolve shipping issues where reasonably possible.
Lost Shipments
A shipment may be considered lost if tracking shows no movement for an extended period or if the carrier confirms the package is lost.

Please include your order number and tracking information. We will review the issue and may work with the carrier or fulfillment partner to determine whether a replacement or refund is appropriate.
Stolen Shipments
If tracking confirms that your package was delivered but you did not receive it, we recommend first checking:
- nearby delivery areas
- neighbors
- household members
- building management
- front desk or mailroom staff
- the shipping carrier
We will assist where reasonably possible, but we cannot guarantee refunds or replacements for shipments confirmed as delivered by the carrier.
Delayed Shipments
We are not responsible for delays caused by factors outside of our reasonable control, including carrier delays, weather events, holidays, production delays, supply chain issues, incorrect shipping information, or operational disruptions.
Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Merchandise
If your order arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at:

- a description of the issue
- clear photos of the item
- clear photos of the packaging, if applicable
We will review the issue and, where appropriate, work with our fulfillment partner to provide a replacement or refund.
Please retain the damaged, defective, or incorrect item and its packaging until we confirm the next steps.
Refused and Returned Shipments
If a shipment is refused at delivery or returned to sender for reasons other than carrier error or our error, the customer may be responsible for the original shipping cost and any additional re-shipping costs.
If re-shipping is available, we may offer to re-ship the order at the customer’s expense. Original shipping costs may not be refundable.
Military Addresses and P.O. Boxes
We are proud to ship to APO, FPO, and DPO military addresses where carrier service is available.
Delivery times to military addresses may vary significantly and are outside of our reasonable control.
We also ship to P.O. Boxes where supported by the selected carrier.
Holiday and Peak Season Shipping
During peak shipping periods, including the November and December holiday season, order volumes may increase and carriers may experience extended delays.
We recommend placing time-sensitive orders well in advance. Any holiday delivery cut-off dates communicated by us are estimates based on typical production and carrier timelines and are not guaranteed.
Relationship with Shopify and Fulfillment Partners
Our store is powered by Shopify, and orders may be fulfilled by third-party print-on-demand providers, fulfillment partners, warehousing partners, and shipping carriers.
Information necessary to process and ship your order, including your name, shipping address, order details, and contact information, may be transmitted to and shared with these partners in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
These partners help produce, package, ship, and deliver your order based on the products purchased and the fulfillment method used.
Changes to This Shipping Policy
We may update this Shipping Policy from time to time to reflect changes to our shipping practices, fulfillment partners, shipping rates, delivery areas, or legal and operational requirements.
We will post the revised Shipping Policy on this website and update the “Last updated” date when changes are made.
